An expert will come to your location to talk through your project, provide professional advice, and take all required measurements. Best of all, this consultation is completely free! After our discussion, we will deliver a detailed proposal to you within
24-48 hours.

Contract
Thank you for selecting LM Flooring and approving our proposal! The next step involves signing the contract and scheduling the start date for your project. At this point, we ask for a 50% deposit to cover the costs of materials and to reserve your project on our calendar. We value your trust and are excited to begin work!

Project
Our team of experts, which we proudly keep in-house and never outsource, will arrive at your site ready to transform your vision into reality. This is one of the many benefits of choosing us. We handle every aspect of the project with the same care and respect we would give our own homes.

Walkthrough
The final walkthrough is the peak of our process. We delight in witnessing our customers' joy upon seeing their completed floors. During this visit, we'll walk you through your newly finished space, provide maintenance tips, and address any questions you may have. Your total satisfaction is our top priority. Once you are satisfied with the outcome, we will conclude the project by finalizing the remaining payment and request your feedback on our work.
